In March and April 2014, PIN completely renovated two Monastery buildings and facilities devoted to HIV-patients and their relatives.
At the DBYC, the Catholic Salesian Brothers care for vulnerable youth and street children who have dropped out of school or live on the streets to escape dysfunctional families and abuse. Eighteen boys at risk stay at the Center and receive informal school education and moral guidance and attend vocational training courses. The vocational training courses include electric and electronics repair, computer and language training, and motor bike repair.
In 1998, a Lisu priest and her English husband built the Grace Haven Orphanage in Pyin Oo Lwin for children who are orphaned, from poor families, and from single parent families. Today, 80 boys and girls, both Christians and non-Christians, live at the Orphanage.
Since 1983, the Anglican Church, Diocese of Mandalay has provided education and accommodation to children and orphans from the Naga Hills in the northwest, one of the poorest and least developed areas of Myanmar.

St. Bruno Orphanage for boys was established in 1993 by the Little Brothers of St. Francis Xavier (SFX) in a village tract of Pathein. It started with 5 orphans and grew to 38 boys in 2013.
